Runs every package document; or only documentId; through the pipeline again: earlier extractions are replaced, evidence is kept, and the loan returns to processing. Answers 202 with the pipeline status URL in Location. Admin, manager or specialist, or an API key with intake:write. 404 for an unknown reference, a document not in this package, or a package with no documents; 409 unless the loan is in intake, processing or review.
