Resolves a finding with a bank reason code and a written justification: reasonCode must be one of review.reason_codes and note at least review.justification_min_length characters. The status becomes overridden, it no longer blocks approval, and the action is chained into evidence. Requires a signed-in admin or manager. 400 for a missing or unknown reason code or a too-short justification, 404 for an unknown finding, 409 when it is already overridden or resolved, belongs to an earlier run, or the loan is not in review.
