Acknowledges a finding: its status becomes accepted and the action is recorded and chained into evidence. An accepted exception still blocks approval; only an override, or a re-run after corrected documents, clears it. Optional body { note }. Requires a signed-in admin, manager or specialist. 404 for an unknown finding, 409 when it is already overridden or resolved, belongs to an earlier reconciliation run, or the loan is not in review.
