Produces the wire for the bank’s own wire desk; Bookend never transmits a wire. format=pdf (default) renders the instruction sheet; format=filedrop produces the file-drop format and also writes it into the wires folder under core.file_export_path. Either way the file is returned as a download (Content-Disposition: attachment), the wire becomes exported and the export is chained into evidence. Requires a signed-in admin, manager or specialist. 404 when no wire has been staged, 409 while the wire has not been approved, 422 for an unknown format or one not enabled in this deployment.
